Learning Reflection:

I learned a lot of about each aspect of the Canvas platform. There are videos that explain:

  • Homepage navigation
  • Discussions
  • Modules
  • Files
  • Conferences
  • Chat
  • Assignments
  • Settings
  • Syllabus
  • Quizzes
  • Grade book

And a lot more!

Each source brought more insight and gave me more tools that I know will come in handy when really getting into the creation process of the project. I have been playing with the site using the 2 week trial. There are multiple classes set up and you are able to run through the courses and see all the features that are being described in these tutorials.

The customer service is great. When I signed up for the tutorial, the rep called me and offered any assistance with the program that I needed. He has been resourceful through email as well. I see having no problems finding help with the program in the future.
